Data Entry Clerk

Description Our client based in State College, Pennsylvania is seeking a team of dedicated Data Entry Specialists for a month long project. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be tasked with translating invoices using Google Translate and entering the information into their internal database. This position will require on-site training in Boalsburg, PA before transitioning to a fully remote project. All candidates must be available to work 8am-5pm EST Monday to Friday. Responsibilities: Utilize Google Translate to convert invoices from various languages into English Enter translated data accurately into the database for processing Research and resolve flagged accounts Ensure the efficient organization of files for easy retrieval and referenceRequirements MUST have a computer (laptop/desktop) and reliable internet connection Must possess excellent Data Entry skills for efficient and precise input of information. Proficiency in Email Correspondence is necessary for effective communication with clients and team members. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is essential for spreadsheet management and data analysis. Demonstrable experience with Organizing Files is needed to maintain an orderly and efficient system.All candidates will be considered, but preference will be given to candidates local to the State College, PA area.
