HR Generalist - 112418DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Human Resources Professional to drive HR related activities across the Building and Construction Systems (BCS) unit in Bloomsburg, PA with a desire for continued growth through the HR function. This includes employee relations, recruiting, community involvement, and employee engagement.Responsibilities
Administration of human resources policies and procedures to hourly manufacturing workforce.
Collect and analyze HR Data in order to make recommendations to meet company goals.
Recruiting support including conducting phone screens, handling candidate communications, onsite interview, participating in recruiting events, conducting onboarding/orientations tasks.
Share general pay & benefit information and resources with candidates and employees. (A different team will administer pay & benefits.)
Conduct incident investigations and provide input on employee relations issues.
Prepare internal employee communications & assist with policy development as needed.
Complete transactional tasks in the HRMS (Oracle/GPS) and other systems.
Prepare & maintain required documentation for employee personnel records relating to hourly job postings, performance reviews, new hires, terminations, and hourly rate increases.
Prepare & distribute various HR reports (Headcount Tracking, Turnover, Call off Tracking, etc).
Provide backup HR support across the business unit as needed.
Update, run and prepare HR reports and presentations as needed

HR liaison for Engagement Teams
Responsible for ensuring compliance for Arconic HR Audit processes (F5 ASATS)
Responsible for governmental reporting requirements such as AAP
Backup to HR manager
Perform special projects or other duties as assigned or requested.Qualifications
Basic or Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organization Development, or related degree.
2+ years related Human Resources experience.
Talent management experience including people reviews, performance management and succession planning.Preferred Qualifications
Manufacturing environment experience
Society of Human Resource Management SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP
Strong background in employment law and policy development
Strong Organization Development and HR Generalist background
