Job Summary:

The Service Technical Warranty Specialist is responsible for managing warranty returns, ensuring compliance with warranty policies, and providing technical support related to warranty issues. This role acts as a liaison between customers, service technicians, and quality to resolve warranty disputes, process claims accurately and uphold customer satisfaction. This position is onsite 5 days per week.Responsibilities:Review, analyze and process warranty claims from customers Ensure warranty returns comply with warranty terms, conditions and company policiesCoordinate warranty inspections with service techniciansCommunicate warranty findings, actions and report to the customerMaintain detailed records in SAP ERP system of warranty findings and communicationsCommunicate with Quality and Production plants as needed for warranty claimsAttend Quality meetings as neededSupport audits of warranty claimsPerform other essential and peripheral duties as may be necessary
