Prepares and administers neuropsychological testing in various formats, to include paper and pencil and electronic bases assessments under standard conditions.

Explains testing procedures and objectives to patients, and works with patients to facilitate compliance with protocol and procedures and to ensure appropriate test completion.

Provide a written summary of the patient’s behavior during testing, including any interactions with the patient’s family that may be observed incidentally.

Ensures confidentiality of test results and recommendations. Maintains security of testing materials.

Assists with research projects and data management.

Participates in educational opportunities such as conferences and seminars both inside and outside of the network.

PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS: Sitting up to 6 hours per day. Standing up to 4 hours per day in 15 minute increments. Walking up to 2 hours per day in 15 minute increments. Continuous use of fingers/hands to write or input date. Occasionally stoops and bends. Hearing as it relates to normal conversation. Seeing as it relates to general vision, near vision, far vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and visual monotony.EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferable in psychology or a related field. NAP (National Association of Psychometrists) certification preferred but not required.TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:Previous experience with psychological testing administration and scoring is preferred. Must possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work with staff and patients presenting a wide range of neurological, medical and psychiatric conditions.
