The Lead Phlebotomy Staff is responsible for coordinating all of the activities required to have a successful collection event. Ensures the collection event is in full compliance with all regulatory standards; ensures that the donors receive outstanding customer service, supervises the staff; and ensures that the drive is run efficiently. Review of QC, Incident Reports,16-year-old consents and any other required paperwork is completed and accurate before sending back to the Blood Center. Communicates with MUA, DR staff and Coordinator and takes direction from the Regional Mobile Lead Staff. Driver's License needed.
Hours:
Full Time Position - Evening Shift 12 pm - 8 pm and weekend and holiday rotationQualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to problem solve
Excellent Phlebotomy technique
2 years supervisory experience preferred
