Position Summary: Responsibilities: Essential Duties
Apply cash received from customers via check or ACH to appropriate invoices.
Process in house checks received via Front Door.
Properly code customer deductions by working closely with various analysts.
Resolve unknown payments by reaching out to customer and/or appropriate account analyst.
Apply open credits to open debits as requested by appropriate account anaylst.
Complete all credit card payment processes. The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time. Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Expertise: Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc Required:
High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required, Associates or technical degree preferred.
02-04 years related experience required.
