As an Assistant Director at Lehigh University, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for executing recruitment, selection, and enrollment strategies under the guidance of senior leadership. Your strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills will be instrumental in fostering meaningful connections with prospective students and their families, as well as internal and external stakeholders.This role (position number S89390) is a Grade: 8 - 40, offering an approximate salary of $46,180-$55,420. The duties of this position may allow the employee to work partially remote as deemed appropriate by their supervisor. This position works with minors and is responsible for driving university-owned vehicles as a routine function, therefore a valid Drivers License and a good driving record is required. Conducting outreach and building relationships with prospective students, families, high school counselors, and community partners. Evaluating applications and rendering admission decisions based on established criteria. Representing Lehigh University at college fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events. Collaborating with colleagues to analyze enrollment data and trends to inform recruitment strategies.
