The QA Analyst is a diverse and dynamic and plays a critical technical role in the ongoing success and growth of the company. This role will support the Implementation team and ensure that partners and advisors are correctly configured to the platform. This role will provide testing support for various Implementation projects across multiple work streams with strong emphasis on Insurance i.e. Annuities. This position will be responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience within our platform through requirements analysis, test case creation and execution, defect management, and partner communication. Essential Functions
- Provide necessary development, implementation, and execution of the product quality assurance plan per work stream.
- Provides effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives and performance measurements against set plans.
- Anticipates program release problems and takes corrective action, escalating as needed, to resolve and achieve commitments.
- Experience working and collaborating with teams and facilitating meetings
- At least 1 year of testing and quality assurance experience preferred
- Experience with creating test scenarios and business analysis.
- Experience in financial services and insurance/annuities organizations
- Working knowledge of JIRA preferred
- Strong experience with MS Excel and Word
- Strong analytical skills and experience with interviewing SME’s to gather information.
- Must be highly collaborative, respectful and effective working across a wide array of vendors, employees, leadership team, board members, carriers, etc.
