This role is located in Berwyn, PA- Hybrid.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:Receive, analyze, and process cash requests from Financial Advisors and clients.Investigate and resolve any discrepancies related to cash transactions promptly.Collaborate with relevant teams to address and rectify cash-related issues.Maintain clear and effective communication with Financial Advisors and clients regarding cash-related matters.Identify opportunities to improve cashflow processes and implement enhancements.Prioritize client satisfaction by meeting their cashflow needs accurately and promptly.Generate and review reports related to cashflow activitiesTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.3-5 years of retail reconciliation experience required.Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of qualityStrong verbal and written communication skills requiredStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailTeam player with a positive attitude who can effectively train and supervise othersSelf-starter attitudeAbility to adapt to change in a dynamic environmentExcellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office products with an ability to quickly learn new software applications, specifically proprietary systemsHustle requiredAt BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
