General Production WorkersJob DescriptionWe are seeking reliable General Production Workers who can be on their feet for an entire shift and work effectively in a team setting. Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting wood for defects and marking them, or stacking lumber from the production line. The role can be physically demanding, particularly in the lumber stacking area, which involves picking up and stacking lumber. The inspection area requires more attention to detail as you will be responsible for identifying defects in the wood after it comes off the machine. The first shift has several start times depending on the department: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, and 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Both shifts include Saturdays, and daily overtime is generally done at the end of the regular workday.Work EnvironmentManufacturing, fast-paced. Working in teams on lines.
