We are looking for a Senior Account Associate to join our team!Summary:Valley Forge Insurance Brokerage (VFIB) is a nationwide wholesaler and a division of Philadelphia Insurance Companies (PHLY). VFIB specializes in writing the coverages that PHLY does not offer. This includes Workers’ Compensation, Inland Marine, Wind & Hail Deductible Buy-down and other specialty coverages. As a Senior Account Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing our business by supporting our team members, agents, and carriers while ensuring accurate policy processing and delivering exceptional service.A typical day will include:

Building Relationships – Establish and maintain strong connections with agents and carriers to facilitate new and renewal business.

Analyzing & Reviewing – Evaluate documents for accuracy and compliance, discussing any changes in exposure, competition, pricing, or coverage concerns.

Sales & Cross-Selling – Use product knowledge to expand current accounts and introduce new business opportunities.

Policy Servicing – Process endorsements, audits, and renewals, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

Providing Expertise – Answer coverage-related questions within your delegated authority.

Organized Documentation – Maintain accurate records of policy transactions and correspondence within our agency management systems (AIM and ImageRight).

Qualifications:

High school diploma (or equivalent) required; a college degree is preferred

Property & Casualty license required

Minimum 2-3 years Property & Casualty insurance industry experience

Familiarity with wholesale or retail operations and working with both agents and carriers

Workers’ Compensation experience preferred

Sales experience is preferred
