Description Robert Half is looking for an INVENTORY ANALYST to add to a thriving company in the Tamaqua area! In this INVENTORY ANALYST position, you will be in charge of purchasing, billing, inventory, and customer service. A detailed oriented and driven person will succeed in this role!DUTIES
Currently seeking an experienced accountant who is driven and self-motivated with attention to detail. This position will report to the Accounting Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Process and ensure all month end, and year end transactions are properly recorded in the accounting system
Conduct monthly and quarterly variance gap analysis
Report and analyze weekly, monthly, and yearly inventory reports with analysis
Create and maintain weekly and monthly AR projections to maintain cash flow
Assist where needed in Accounts Receivable department
Allocate inventory, determining and directing where it needs to go as it comes into the warehouse and as it leaves the warehouse. This includes scheduling shipments and pickups.
