- Coordinating with staff to understand requirements of new website functionality and user needs
- Wire-framing and mocking up user-centric experiences
- Updating corporate website and intranet with a content management system as needed
- Continue to develop and maintain UI standards and align with user needs
- Working with business users on any web content changes
- Utilizing a survey tool creating conditional content surveys
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent communication, written and oral
- Experience with website maintenance or creation
- Understanding of mobile first direction, as well as responsive design
- Experience with prototyping and mockup tools
- General understanding of in HTML, CSS and Web content management systems
- User Experience Certification a plus
- Experience with Axure, Sitecore, and Qualtrics,
