The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail-orientated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task. Strong communication skills, dependability, flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow are important qualities to succeed in the role. Manage the preparation and review of the US tax provision, using OneSource Tax Provision software

Manage the preparation and review of 10-K and 10-Q Tax disclosures.

Coordinate with colleagues in Finance, Accounting and IT on GL implementation

Assist with managing U.S. Federal and State tax audits and controversies, and respond to tax notices as required.

Support the income tax provision team with relevant U.S. tax calculations

Assist with SOX related documentation as required

Assist with special projects as requested by management.

Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.

Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role

Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance.

5-8 years of income tax provision and compliance experience.

Big 4 experience preferred

Well organized, detail oriented and team player capable of working in a deadline-oriented environment.

Strong functional knowledge of MS Excel.

Knowledge of Thomson Reuters software a plus .

Strong communication skills.

CPA or Masters in Tax a plus.
