Warehouse Associate(s)
Hours are 7 AM to 3:30 PM. When workload increases hours will shift from 6 AM to 4:30 PM and associates will get 5-10 hours of OT at 1.5X wages.
We are seeking 2 reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join the team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse, including picking and packing orders, operating heavy equipment, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate RF scanners to track inventory and ensure proper stock levels
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks using forklifts or other heavy equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisor and management to optimize warehouse operations
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking and packing
- Experience with order picking in a warehouse setting
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
- Mechanical knowledge for operating heavy equipment such as forklifts
- Familiarity with RF scanners for inventory tracking
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors
- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and long periods of standing or walking
