The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting in menu creations, managing food prep, and execution of our a la carte dining operations. The menu for our member's only dining room is comprised of fast casual and fine dining composed dishes. We take pride in using fresh ingredients and scratch cooking to provide delicious meals for lunch , diner, and special member events. Our dining room is open 4 days/week October - April and 6 days/week May - September.
This position is a full time salaried position starting at $45K + health, vision, & dental + 401K with company match + paid vacation. Successful applicant can expect to start as soon as possible.
Previous Scratch cooking in an upscale / fine dining restaurant or club is required
