Looking for Delivery Drivers/Independent Contractors
Capstone Logistics is looking for Independent Contractors/Owner Operators with vehicles 2013 or newer for Grocery deliveries to residences in Bethlehem, Greenwich, PA and Clinton, NJ areas depending on shift. Drivers will be expected to deliver 2-4 orders per hour (this is dependent on vehicle size) from Store to Door. No Shopping! No unattended Deliveries! All deliveries are Local! The desired candidates must meet all the basic job requirements (noted below). Owner Operators encouraged to apply! Being Punctual is a requirement! Being Friendly is a requirement! Communication is a key factor to your success and ours! Do Not apply if you cannot meet these requirements!p>
Easton, PA
Shift Open: Hours: 11am-7pm, 10am-6pm. Friday-Sunday, Wednesdays
(availability to pick up extra days during the week!)
Pay: $8.50 per delivery (Contractor is guaranteed a minimum of 14 orders per shift) + Tips
Providing Excellent Customer Service is a must
Vehicles MUST BE provided by the contractors, we do not provide them
Easy Requirements
18 years of age or older
A valid driver’s license and current insurance
A CLEAN Motor Vehicle Report
Ability to meet vehicle requirements (Driver must be listed on vehicle Insurance)
Ability to use a smartphone
Heavy Lifting required daily
All vendors will operate their own delivery vehicle. Stable routes and pay!
No call/no shows, Call-outs with no coverage will result in termination.
Customer Service skills; be polite, courteous, friendly.

Fees: All IC’s are subject to various Start-up/standard industry deductions. A few examples highlighted below.
