High quality remodeling company looking for a skilled workers/ or subcontractor to work with me directly.
- Must be able to run a job site in a required manner.
- Must have experience and knowledge using tools and be willing to learn new ways of installation.
- Must have experience working with drywall, trim work, painting, tile cutting as well as basic tool operation for cutting and drilling safely.
- Must be able to work on ladders and scaffolding as well.
The work offered is full time but is flexible. Employee's must be kind, neat, punctual and considerate to customers. A valid drivers licenses and basic health insurance is required. After 6 months if proven reliable and an effective asset I will pay towards insurance and other expenses.
The bulk of our work is bathroom, kitchens, painting, decks exc I try to create an organized friendly work environment directed to giving our customers what they want in a neat and organized fashion. Pay is based on the skill level you bring to the table.
Will pay up to $40 hour for the right skilled person. Typically we would work together for a one pay period to determine an agreed salary base. There is room for increase if your skills and dedication to the company grows as well. Also if employee shows initiative to make jobs move faster with still obtaining quality bonus's are possible. Customer or employee referrals needed to apply.
I will consider a reliable crew (multiple employees) for a bulk hourly wage. You must provide detailed pictures and referrals.
