Looking for experienced handymen in the Carbon County area. Must have own reliable transportation and a clean criminal record. Must have your own tools and able to handle light plumbing like replacing a faucet and toilet. Light electrical like replacing a light fixture, electric baseboard heaters and outlets. Replace a toilet. Drywall repairs and painting. Replace electric water heaters or heating elements. Apartment turnovers and cleanouts. Must know your strengths and weaknesses and be honest with what you can and can't do. If you can't cut a straight line, please don't say you are a painter.
Tenants submit maintenance requests and you would receive an email/Text with a work order. You would then schedule an appointment directly with them for the repair. You would also get apartments rent ready when they are vacant. Assist with inspections.
We use technology which means you need to use it as well. Before and after photos are required. Use of email is required. Must have a smart phone.
References will be checked.
Liability insurance will be checked.
1099 position.
About 25-30 hours/week. Some weeks may be 40+ hours.
Steady Work is available. Pay based on experience, job and skill set.
Being able to drive to pick up materials is crucial.
