We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Handyperson to join our team and help maintain our residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
Handle basic tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, patching drywall, replacing light fixtures.
Ensure that properties are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Manage and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Occasionally inspect properties at move in, move out and at lease specified times.
Assist with property upgrades, renovations, and special projects as needed.
Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Handyperson, Maintenance Worker, or in a similar role.
Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
Ownership and skill in operation of a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects as necessary.
