Job Descriptions: Deck builder/Carpenter

We are a small company that believes in creating relationships with the people that work for us. We understand that "We work to live" and "Not live to work"! We are more than willing to pay for good workmanship so why not come work for a company that will pay you what you are worth? Must have experience in carpentry, framing and finish skills, specializing in building decks. Must be able to follow directions. Requires 3 years of experience building decks and/or other carpentry skills. ONLY experienced deck builders/carpenters. If you can’t layout stairs please don’t apply.

Essential Responsibilities
- Deck building, Deck repair, Decking and Railing installation
- Paid major holidays and one week paid vacation after your first 30 days
Requirements:
5+ years experience building decks!
- Must be able to work on a crew
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Clean background
- Valid drivers license and your own truck or van
- Cell phone
- Your own set of tools (Hand Tools only)
- We are looking for the person who has a "whatever it takes" attitude and a track record to prove it
