We seek a dispatcher/admin to join our team and help ensure smooth operations. We need a full-time overnight dispatcher/Admin to join our team (2pm-10pm). Previous experience with tractor trailer or a similar industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor vehicle location and adjust schedules and routes as needed
- Maintain communication with drivers to provide updates and resolve issues
- Track and report on delivery statuses
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
- Complete paperwork
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dispatch or logistics is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
