Painter/laborer/cleaner-part time

I am looking for someone to join my team as a PART-TIME painter/laborer/cleaner. We manage over 300 units. This is a full time position. Your duties, first most, is painting. Interior and Exterior. Any down time will include general labor and cleaning. Must have a license and a reliable vehicle. Excessive phone usage and drug usage will not be tolerated. Background check will be run. no felonies. pay $18/hr
