Landscape/Lawn Care Team Member needed for Wells Lawn Service, celebrating 25 years in business in the Lehigh Valley. Looking for dedicated, hardworking individuals. Must have valid driver's license and own transportation. Experience preferred but will train. Compensation will be based on experience. Neat/presentable appearance, uniform shirts are provided. Boots and blue dickies are required.
Job duties can include:
Weed whacking, using backpack blowers, walk behind mowers, riding mowers, pruning and trimming of shrubs. Installing mulch, stone, plants, rocks, pavers. Lifting of heavy items. Edging and weeding landscape beds.
Pesticide licensing a plus. Opportunity to advance with training. Starting pay is based on experience and drive. 30 day raise opportunity after a successful on boarding.
