Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting team in delivering fast, accurate, and high-quality talent placements for our clients. This role plays a critical part in the end-to-end staffing process by assisting recruiters with candidate management, scheduling, onboarding, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Support recruiters with candidate pipeline management, including screening assistance, data entry, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal CRM.
Coordinate assignment start dates, timekeeping setup, and onboarding paperwork for temporary employees.
Communicate with candidates to confirm assignment details, check availability, and relay client requirements.
Monitor open job orders and work with recruiters to ensure prompt and appropriate candidate submissions.
Respond to client and candidate inquiries related to scheduling, availability, and assignment logistics.
Maintain compliance with documentation requirements such as I-9s, E-Verify, certifications, and background checks.
Help recruiters manage high-volume order intake and resourcing needs during peak staffing periods.
Support operational reporting related to fill rates, time-to-fill, and candidate status.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR coordination (temporary staffing industry experience strongly preferred).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn, Avionté, JobDiva, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service mindset with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience supporting a recruiting team or working in a staffing agency setting.
Knowledge of labor compliance, onboarding regulations, and timekeeping systems.
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
