Full Job Description:
BDex limited is seeking experienced, independent courier driver for On-Demand medical deliveries in Allentown, PA and all surrounding areas. Looking for drivers with Full-Time availability for On-Demand deliveries and Same-Day. All shifts- Morning, Midday, Evening and Overnight . Earnings vary depending on driver's availability and production. Retirees welcome. Uber and Lyft drivers welcome. This is independent contractor work, driving your own vehicle. Delivery experience (recommended) .
Responsibilities:
Ensure all services are delivered according to specific standards and expectations
Create, maintain, and update standard operating procedures and checklists for service delivery
Recommending service improvements
Monitoring, evaluating, and addressing performance
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
Understand the business needs, priorities, and opportunities
We are looking to contract with drivers immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Weekdays (Monday - Friday)
Weekends (Saturday - Sunday)
Overnight
Pay: $1000.00 - $2000.00 biweekly (Earnings vary depending on driver's availability and production)
Work Location: On the road
The following are required to proceed:
Reliable motor vehicle with current auto insurance and registration
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
A smart mobile device and the ability to use our courier app
The ability to drive in ALL weather conditions
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
The ability to conduct self in an appropriate, professional manner
The ability to follow instructions
A strong ability to keep a schedule
Ability to lift 20 lbs.
