Experience in Italian cuisine is a required. Minimum cooking experience, 8 years.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Prepare & cook high-quality Italian dishes, ensure consistent flavor and presentation in all dishes
-Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient and organized workspace.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Must Have:
-Food preparation skills
-Skills in various cooking techniques particularly sautéing, grilling and sauce preparation
-Strong understanding of Italian ingredients flavors, and cooking methods
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Good communication skills and team work ethic
