Are you an experienced leader with a passion for the food service industry? Villa Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Co-Manager to help oversee our multiple food concepts at the Wind Creek Casino Food Court.
What You'll Do:
Manage daily operations across multiple food concepts.
Ensure exceptional guest service and food quality.
Lead and develop team members to achieve business goals.
Maintain compliance with company policies and health/safety regulations.
What You'll Need:
Proven experience managing multiple food service locations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays, weekends, and overnight hours.
