Associate Sales Representative (Trauma and Extremities)As a Trauma Sales Associate, you will work with a high degree of intensity and commitment to support sales of Stryker Trauma products that meet our customers’ most pressing needs. Under the supportive supervision of a Trauma Sales Representative, you will gain exposure to the proven winning Stryker Trauma team culture that delivers industry-leading results. You will receive best-in-class formal training on our Trauma product portfolio and sales methodology. You will become an expert on surgical procedures by observing well-over 300 medical procedures in your first year. You will be comfortable being on call most nights and weekends. You will become a trusted partner to our clients through your focus on client service, excellent account management, and commitment to our mission of improving healthcare.What you will do:· Assist in promoting and selling Stryker products.· Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room (OR) and office settings.· Take initiative to track territory progress and communicate effectively with Sales Representatives.· Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff.· Provide exceptional service to customers with attention to detail and integrity.· Manage and maintain sample inventory meticulously.· Manage time according to flexible schedule.· Learn or hone selling skills and process through coaching/mentoring support from Trauma Sales Representatives and Managers.What you need:Required:· Basic computer literacy· Valid driver’s license and ability to drive an automobile· Fluency in written and spoken EnglishPreferred:· Medical related fields or B2B sales experienceHealth benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
