Support attorney through all stages of project work
Methodical approach to handling substantial workload — ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Review a multitude of legal work, including the research and analysis of in-depth legal documents
Data base management of all relevant documents Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
Strong problem-solving skills
Possessing an understanding of word processing and spreadsheets is desired
Confidence in taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
Legal Contracts experience
Strong familiarity with Contract Management
Comprehensive knowledge of Service Agreements
Attention to detail and accuracy, and discretion
