Order Picker & Back-Up Driver (3rd Shift)

We’re seeking a reliable Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Allentown, PA, who can also serve as a back-up delivery driver using a sprinter van (on rare occasions). This is a 3rd shift role, typically scheduled from 2:00 AM to 11:00 AM, though start and end times may shift by an hour based on operational needs. A clean driving record and valid driver’s license are required for the occasional driving duties.Key Competencies & Duties:Accurately pick and pack orders using handheld scanners or printed pick sheetsVerify product types, quantities, and freshness against order specsWork in cold storage environments (refrigerated/frozen)Ensure product quality, proper labeling, and food safety compliance (expiration dates, packaging integrity)Assist in unloading deliveries, stocking, and rotating inventoryKeep the warehouse clean and organized; follow GMP and HACCP standardsOperate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment safely (training provided)Flag any damaged goods, shortages, or safety concerns to supervisorSupport general warehouse tasks including inventory counts or audit preparationServe as a back-up sprinter van driver for local deliveries when needed
