Diagnose and treat patients with kidney diseases, including electrolyte disturbances and hypertension. Administer continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, plasmapheresis, and renal transplant care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Prescribe medications and recommend dietary and activity programs. Develop a plan of care, order appropriate tests, and collaborate with other physicians to carry out the plan of care. Perform timely and appropriate communication with referring physicians, medical staff, patients, and their families. Requires: M.D./D.O./foreign equivalent; must have or be eligible for Pennsylvania medical license; must have completed an ACGME (Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education) or AOA accredited fellowship program in nephrology and an ACGME-accredited residency program in Internal Medicine prior to the position start date of July 7, 2025.
