The position reports to the Director, Finance, Sales Compensation. You'll use your outstanding analysis and communication skills to provide important training, counsel and analysis to support the commercial organization.What you will do:

Partner closely with colleagues to provide forecasting, reporting, and project support tied to 40+ sales incentive plans.

Produce monthly reports, which include key performance indicators (KPI's), financial results, and variance reporting.

Enable access and set-up for new payees and pay plans in the Incentive Compensation Management tool

Produce incentive reports for sales personnel and the payroll teams

Produce and deliver pay plan and program training for the commercial organization.

Seek opportunities for performance and process improvement across the organization.

Develop models that help with decision-making.

Partner with management teams and advisors on ad hoc requests and projects.

EducationBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related subject area.Experience2+ years of experience in Finance related field.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Advanced MS Excel Skills

Proficiency with high volume data reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI and Powerpoint

Strong interpersonal, teamwork and presentation skills.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Keen attention to detail and ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

High learning agility and desire for continuous learning.

Able to work independently and willing to work extra hours during the financial calendar.
