Description We are looking for a diligent Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Allentown, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be primarily focused on gift card support and fulfillment for our eCommerce clients. You will interact with a diverse array of clients, maintaining the highest level of service and professionalism. You will also handle customer interactions via various messaging campaigns, including email, phone, and chat systems.Responsibilities:

Communicate with merchants and sales partners via phone, email, and chat systems.

Process orders using proprietary software.

Handle and resolve USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping issues.

Maintain inventory of client materials and mailing supplies.

Assist merchants with online gift card orders and provide reports.

Schedule and perform gift card conversions.

Resolve issues related to gift card activation and redemption.

Review and approve gift card orders before printing.

Ensure first-call resolution through effective problem-solving.

Demonstrate reliable performance and attendance

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in call center and general customer service roles.

Ability to effectively resolve customer service issues in a professional manner.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Proficiency in order entry processes and systems.

Experience with email correspondence in a professional setting.

Familiarity with ticketing systems and support ticket management.

Comfortable answering inbound calls in a high-volume environment.

Knowledge of managing inventory in a customer service context.
