Work ScheduleOtherEnvironmental ConditionsOfficeJob DescriptionThe Corporate Accounts Analytics and Insight Program Manager will drive the development and implementation of the Corporate Accounts data analytics and insights strategy and lead the management and continued advancement of the foundational programs for the Corporate Accounts Team. This role will report directly to our Sr. Director of Sales Operations & Customer Excellence and partner closely with commercial and business functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for creative thinking, a commitment to crafting actionable insights, and possesses a combination of robust business sense and excellent technical skills.What will you do?
Lead commercial insight programs that generate commercial actions to accelerate growth and enhance our ability to communicate the value we bring to our customers.
Be intensely focused on providing meaningful insights via synthesis of large amounts of data into concise, actionable findings.
Continue to innovate new analytics to support development of broader commercial solution plays and better-informed account management.
Maintain and enhance programs such as Commercial Connections Dashboard, Partnership Account Plan Insights, and Customer and Market Insights Tool.
Develop and deliver relevant, impactful training and on-going support to commercial team.
Gather and share standard processes to support proliferation of impactful use and moving strategy to action.
Develop robust data governance strategies in collaboration with IT to ensure program scalability and contribute to pipeline development priorities.
Drive improvement strategies and plans to improve commercial impact and drive operational excellence.
Maintain rich documentation of processes, data sources, and tool design for business continuity.
Maintain strong collaboration with commercial leadership, IT, data science, finance, marketing, and other analytic teams to create increased customer value and impact.
Responsible for data collection, processing, management, and analysis:
Gather, clean, and preprocess raw data from various sources.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and correlations to derive meaningful insights from structured and unstructured data to inform business decision-making.
Optimize and streamline reporting processes for efficiency.
Support ad hoc assignments or reporting as needed.
How will you get here?
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a subject area requiring extensive analytical skills.
5+ years sales analysis/operations, data science, marketing analyst or finance experience.
Strong background in analytics.
Experience working with a commercial organization preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Technical experience in the following areas is required:
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI
Expertise building data analytics, insights, and reports using Databricks, Power BI, Salesforce Reports, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Excel, or similar platforms and tools.
Experience with Salesforce.com Reports, CRMA, or Einstein Analytics preferred.
Understanding of Cloud and on-prem data sources, and ability to use them to automate reports and analytics.
Vendor certifications demonstrating broad product knowledge like Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, Databricks Certified Data Analyst Associate, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Data Architect, Einstein Discovery Consultant are preferred.
Proven ability & desire to learn new technologies and platforms.
Demonstrated ability to solve challenges through a combination of business insight and data intelligence.
Intellectually curious including asking the right questions for a deeper understanding.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong process orientation, excellence in collaboration and the ability to influence team members in a cross-functional environment are keys for success.
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills, including delivering presentations with complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
A great teammate with a bias for action and driving projects to fruition.
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including VPs, directors, managers, subject matter experts and end-users.
