A Few of the Responsibilities Include:
Project managing customer’s sales orders and order details.
Processing estimates.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments.
Communicating and coordinating with engineering, production and the sales team as necessary.
Experience and Skills:
Previous experience in sales or working with custom kitchen designers, architects and/or interior designers is a plus
Demonstrated customer service skills
Strong Phone Skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong problem-solving skills
Accurate Math Skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within teams
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word) and willing to learn additional information systems and or software
Skilled in Email communication, particularly Outlook.
Previous experience reading drawings/diagrams a large plus.
Previous experience with QuickBooks also a large plus.
