Budget Store and Lock Self Storage is hiring for a full time position immediately. Customer service experience is helpful, but not necessary, we will train you ! Your working hours are always day shift, Our Office hours are Monday thru Saturday 9am to 5pm. Your off days will be Tuesdays and Sundays in addition to all major Holidays off.
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with inquiries and rentals
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Process sales transactions and handle cash or credit card payments
- Must be reliable/ vehicle required
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
