Duties
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all patrons in and around the pool area
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may occur
- Provide excellent guest service by answering questions, providing information, and addressing concerns
- Conduct regular pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, vacuuming, and chemical testing
- Perform heavy lifting as needed for equipment setup and removal

Skills
- Current CPR and lifeguard certifications
- Strong swimming skills and ability to perform water rescues if necessary
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to administer basic first aid when needed
- Experience in pool maintenance, including cleaning and chemical testing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with guests effectively
