Have you wanted to be a Real Estate Agent, but don't have your license?
We are looking for you to show our apartments. Get the feel for what Real Estate is like, with us. We own what we put on the market, so you don't need a license!
What does this look like?
You will return phone calls and respond to emails and texts from people asking about our rentals.
You will ask some basic screening questions and set up showing times to meet them at the apartment.
You will follow up with them, explain the process, and get their feedback about the apartments and send them applications to apply.
Except for the physical showings, you can work from home.
You are doing the scheduling, so this is the perfect flexible hour job.
This is a commission job. That means you will get paid $750 per signed lease, if you rent an apartment to someone, and they are accepted by us and they move in, you get paid!
