Job Title-Collection Specialist
Pay rate- $25 per hour
Monday to Friday- 8am to 5pm
Job Overview- We are looking to hire a Collection Specialist to be a part of our Accounting Department. You will be responsible for collecting and maintaining a record of all outstanding payment.
Requirements
· Diploma or degree in any relevant subject
· Minimum 2 years work experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role
· Excellent negotiation skills
· Strong problem solving and analytical ability
· Proficiency in MS Office tools and databases
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
Collecting and maintaining a record of all overdue payments
Account receivable experience.
Maintaining an accurate record of the amount payable and default period
Contacting debtors via telephone or email
