Hydroponic Associate

Compensation: $35,000/year Full-TimeResponsibilities:Food safety is paramount to our business and will be of the utmost importance. You will help to foster a culture that puts our customer’s safety as a top priority. You will adopt and comply with all food safety requirements.Operate system machinery in a safe and efficient mannerCross-train and be able to manage all workflow processes from seeding, transplanting, harvesting, to packagingConsistently follow PPE requirements for food and chemical safetyAble to read and follow standard operating proceduresAbility to work unsupervised for short periods of timeAble to work at an efficient speed while maintaining quality of the productAttention to detailGood communication skills and willingness to raise issues with supervisors and managementGeneral clean upOther duties as assigned.Attributes needed:Reliable and consistentAgility, the ability to change tasks as needed based on the needs of the systemAbility to lift 50 lbs. intermittentlyAble to work effectively in a range of temperatures (warm clothing provided when needed)A personality that helps to foster an enjoyable and productive work environment
