Safety LeadResponsibilities:

Create and implement safety plans while ensuring that they are being followed daily

Review existing policies and procedures

Inspects facilities to detect existing or potential safety and health hazards.

Develops and maintains a working knowledge of applicable safety regulations.

Identify safety-training needs and develop action plan to complete training. Ensure that annual refresher training is accomplished as needed

Requirements:

1-2 years of manufacturing/production experience

Safety experience in a manufacturing/production industry

Read, write, and speak English fluently

High School Diploma or GED

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS: Bilingual in Spanish, Bachelors Degree
