Job Title: EstimatorJob DescriptionSeeking an Estimator with prior experience in the civil construction space for a local heavy civil general contractor. This role involves preparing work by gathering information and requirements, setting priorities, and preparing construction budgets by studying plans and updating specifications. Responsibilities also include evaluating purchase offers by costing changes and additions, obtaining bids from vendors and subcontractors, resolving cost discrepancies, and supporting project teams with scope development, bid requirements, and contractual language.Hard Skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience Estimating in Civil Construction on Public and Private Projects
Proficient in Bid Software HCSS (Open to Bid to Win or Hard Dollar)

Ability to provide Estimates that are on time and accurate
