These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.​We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.Job DescriptionJob Summary:The Test Engineer develops, implements, and maintains test methods and processes in the manufacture of PCBAs, sub-assemblies and final assemblies for large gimbal camera systems. This position interfaces with design engineering and other Operations teams in coordinating the release of new products. The role will also develop software applications for communicating with and testing products, and develop and maintain manufacturing execution system (MES) software.Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop test plans in collaboration with Manufacturing and Design Engineers.

Enhance existing software for new and rapid test coverage.

Develop software to test PCBAs, sub-assemblies, and final assembly products in a low – medium volume manufacturing environment.

Work with Mechanical Engineers to create fixtures that allow for ease of use by operator.

Work with Electrical Engineers to allow access to all PCBA and system inputs and outputs.

Reading and creating electrical schematics.

Job Qualifications:

BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering strongly preferred with 3-5 years industry experience, or equivalent.

Experience in C#, Labview, Java, Python is a plus.

Experience in C, C is a plus.

Strong technical writing skills for authoring test plans and creating system diagrams.

Experience with automating measurement using hardware like data acquisition systems, high speed oscilloscopes, logic analyzers or multimeters.

Working knowledge of Boundary Scan is a plus.

Understanding of communication protocols and test CAN, RS-485, RS-422, RS-232, Ethernet.

Strong team ethic, process-oriented thinking, and strong attention to detail.
