Job Title: Set-Up TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Set-Up Technician for our Swing Shift. The training schedule is Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. The permanent shift will be Sunday to Thursday from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. The Set-Up Technician is responsible for conducting tooling set-ups, including tool installation, machine preparation, and barrel cleaning to support the injection molding process. The role also involves distributing material for molding operations, troubleshooting production problems, and monitoring product quality and process productivity.Responsibilities
Perform equipment set-ups including installing injection molds and ensuring equipment is generating good parts.
Adjust machine parameters to correct defects observed during production.
Work with process engineering to troubleshoot, improve processes, optimize cycle time, and conduct engineering tests.
Collect and enter data as needed to support documented procedures.
Handle robot programming and optimization.
Clean barrels and grinders.

Ability to work varying work schedules during training
Must be ITAR compliant
