Job Title: Material HandlerJob DescriptionAs a Material Handler 1, you will be responsible for performing physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of products, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. You will unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintain records of received goods, and reject unsatisfactory items where necessary. Your role also involves lifting heavy items and operating motorized vehicle equipment within the warehouse, including forklifts and cherry pickers. Additionally, you will prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped, post weights and shipping charges, and prepare goods for final shipment. You will examine stocks and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines, and may prepare kitting packages for assembly production.Hard Skills

Job TypeThis is a contract position with a duration of 5 Weekly.Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Wilsonville, Oregon.Work EnvironmentStandard warehouse and distribution facility with concrete floors and a large square footage layout, where material handling equipment is consistently being used. The work schedule includes Sunday from 5 pm to 1:30 am, and Monday through Thursday from 6 pm to 2:30 am, with mandatory nightly overtime until the work is completed.
