Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.As part of the IT Service and Product Management team, you will be responsible for the sustaining globally deployed software and process. You will work closely with a dynamic international team to analyze the status of applications and any defects, determine root causes of issues, and propose solutions to address them. You will need to become an expert on the applications and be able to transform business requirements into technical specifications. There will be a focus on Entitlement, Deal and License management and related applications and services.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate effectively with stakeholders, software engineers, business users and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues and come up with and implement recommendations to improve software and process designs and performance.Required:

Bachelors technical degree or equivalent experience

4+ years of related experience

Ability to analyze systems and propose solutions

Excellent written and verbal communications skills also require

Ability to work with offshore contractors and employees

Preferred:Functional knowledge in some of the following areas is helpful:

Entitlement Management

Licensing

Experience with other functions such as iDeal, Deal Modeler, ELD, Release Management, Automated Evaluation Request System and/or Migration Tools

Transform the EverydayThe salary range for this position is $82,900 to $149,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
