Our client, a dynamic organization in the Human Resources sector, is seeking a Human Resource Assistant II to join their team. As a Human Resource Assistant II, you will be part of the HR department supporting various team initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.Job Title: Human Resource Assistant IILocation: Wilsonville, ORPay Range: $22 per hourWhat's the Job?

Coordinate and conduct new associate orientation and onboarding processes.

Support HR Manager and HRBP in executing local initiatives and corporate programs.

Provide coaching and guidance to associates and supervisors regarding HR policies and procedures.

Assist in maintaining the eTime system and payroll-related activities.

Administer programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction levels.

What's Needed?

Experience in Human Resources preferred, or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, particularly Excel (filter, pivot tables).

1 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
