We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Work Order Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering work order data into our system and ensuring its completeness and accuracy.Location and Hybrid Work Environment:This hybrid position offers flexibility, allowing you to work from any of Honeywell's U.S. offices, with the ideal candidate being located within the Pacific Time Zone.Compensation and Benefits:This position offers an hourly compensation rate, with an expected annual compensation ranging from $44,000 to $67,000. The compensation rate will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. In addition, Honeywell provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.Key Responsibilities: Enter work order data into the system with a high level of accuracy

Review and verify the accuracy of entered data

Ensure that all work orders are complete and accurate before processing

Collaborate with other team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues with work order data

Maintain confidentiality and security of all work order information

Assist with other administrative tasks as neededYOU MUST HAVE Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Proven experience in data entry or a similar role

Comfortable working with people in a team environment and possess impeccable customer service skills with the ability to work with both internal and external customersWE VALUE Significant experience applying best practices in Customer & Product Support

Organizational skills, reliability, dependability, with acute attention to detail and high quality standards.

Experience with customer/client reporting.

Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.

Solid writing skills in either writing proposals or delivering/development of work plan summaries.

Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Solid presentation skills.

Professional experience in the energy efficiency, public policy, environmental consulting, or market research fields is desirable, but not required.
