Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialists in the Willamette Valley. Responsibilities: Processing up to 200 customer credit applications in a day with accuracy and efficiency. Maintaining precise customer credit records using Sage 300 Conducting check runs twice a month to ensure timely payments. Utilizing skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, and Sage 300 to perform job functions effectively. Going beyond the role of a data entry clerk by applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ensuring all financial records are kept confidential and secure. Collaborating with the finance team to improve financial processes and procedures. Contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the finance department by performing other related duties as assigned.Requirements Proficiency in account reconciliation and the ability to resolve any discrepancies Familiarity with accounts payable processes and protocols Experience in check runs and coding invoices accurately Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy Efficient in invoice processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining and analyzing data Experience with Sage 300 or similar accounting software.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
